Matted; actual paper dimensions are unknown. Map is completely separated along the fold, and very brown at the fold. Possibly a sliver of the map is missing along the fold at the right side of the map. Sporadic staining at the left side of the map, possibly from an old adhesive on the reverse. That side, some light soiling. Moderate yellowing.
