Map of Cyprus. Edited by Ernest Leroux (stated); printed by Kirchmayr (stated). This is a chromolithograph which, as per the descriptive title, reproduces an early 16th century manuscript map by Baptiste Agnese, having rhumbs, castles for cities, and simple calligraphy. I can’t tell if it was separately published or is from a reference work. The only two mentions I have found do not give any publication. One is Sylvia Ioannou Foundation (M.0726), which is a the only other specimen of this map that I have found for certain. The other mention may instead be the original manuscript, since it is at the same institution as given on the map: Biblioteca nazionale Marciana –Venezia (GEO0004473). Online access to information on the latter was not successful.
